I’m Al Gibson. Alberta-licensed Class 4 driving instructor (for automatic cars), AMA-affiliated, with a Class 5 instructor license. I’ve taught hundreds of students across Calgary — first-timers, nervous re-takers, new immigrants, seniors, and everyone in between.

I come to you. Pickup + drop-off from home, school, or work anywhere in Greater Calgary. Lessons in your car (you know your car) or mine (automatic, dual-controls). Evening + weekend availability, 7 days a week. Flexible scheduling.

No pressure, no upsell. If you need 2 hours to nail the parallel park, we’ll spend 2 hours on parallel parking. If you need 10 hours to feel ready for the test, we’ll do 10 hours. Most students do 6-10 hours total. I’ll be honest with you about when you’re ready for the road test.
